My name’s Aemyn Connolly and I’m a local queer musician & zine artist on Dharug and Gadigal land with a love for connecting my various circles of acquaintances I’ve found through my creative passions. I’m just a regular person! I've been putting little events on via a Signal chat. Too much of my social world was trapped within Meta and Google, so I'm organising outside of that.
I’m wanting to encourage the people around me to build relationships in ways that are free from financial barriers, clique bubbles and institutional hierarchy. We have a very isolated culture here in Sydney ~ it doesn't have to be that way, and lots of people are finding ways to make it better.
More than any abstract reason, I keep meeting wonderful, strange, relatable and irreplaceable people, and I'm sure you're no different.
